I teach STEM and I absolutely LOVE the School box. There's so much in there and it's fatntasic value for money. From now on I'm always buying my balsa wood from here.
So I needed some materials in lengths and widths that weren't part of their normal offering. I put in a request via the web portal, but they called me back pretty much straight away and cleared up exactly what I needed. Sent me an estimate, and had the cuts shipped to me in just over a week.
