I purchased 100x915-1.5mm Airlite. Firstly, Emma was very knowledgeable and gave me all the info I needed. The sheets arrived very well packed, with a smiley sticker on it. I have never seen such beautiful balsa before and I have been building models for over 50 years. All 10 sheets were between 12 and 14 grams. Very impressed!

So I needed some materials in lengths and widths that weren't part of their normal offering. I put in a request via the web portal, but they called me back pretty much straight away and cleared up exactly what I needed. Sent me an estimate, and had the cuts shipped to me in just over a week.
