The A3 (297 x 420mm) balsa wood sheet size lets you cut larger, more complicated components by hand or laser machine. (Pricing = per sheet)

Manufactured by us, here in Australia, the sheets may have two or three laminated joints that are carefully positioned and barely visible.

Great Product Great Service

I asked Emma this question, "Can you custom cut a sheet of Balsa to 362x197mm 5mm thick with a 45mm diameter circle at each end 80mm in from the 197mm edge along the centre line of the 362mm." You don't need to understand but Emma definitely got it. Emma said do you mind if we cut it with laser for a precise exact cut and that it would leave the cut edges scorched. I have them now and they are perfect and these edges actually enhance what I'm using them for.

Balsa sheeting

OK, probably not enough space for my review...AND PRAISE ...of Balsa Central. Well the package arrived ..didn't know who from just looking at it...and started opening and what do I find but 2 very nice sheets of 2/3 ply, then I noticed that they had tape holding them together...and YES inside are my 1 mm sheets safe and sound...I CAN'T PRAISE these people enough. If you aren't buying your Balsa from them well you are probably beyond help... AND, they have beautiful plantations and very keen and conscientious staff...GREAT WORK EVERYONE...... LOVE BALSA CENTRAL

Good product but came chipped.

The sheets are quite good, but in the process of shipping or in packaging they were chipped in the corners, so each sheet is missing a 1.5cm by 1.5cm piece.

Awesome product

How wonderful to get balsa wood in A3 sizing! So well packaged for interstate delivery. I had concerns about breakage but there was no chance of that with how the A3 sheets were protected. Will definitely be a return customer.
