Balsa Leading Edges are specialised Balsa Wood shapes originally designed for Aeromodellers. These shapes are rounded on one side for aerodynamics and complement Balsa Trailing Edges for use in the construction of RC Aircraft wings.

This versatile shape is also useful in numerous craft and modelling applications. For ease of blending to the front of the wing, Leading Edges are cut from lighter density Balsa than Trailing Edges.

Width x Height x Length. The width measurement refers to the flat section, the height is the perpendicular measurement to the width.

Excellent l/edge !! saves a lot of time and garentees uniformity , which takes a l.ot of sanding to achieve !!

It was very well packaged however when opened had 3 snaps through the piece

Hi Colin, that is a strange thing to have happen to a leading edge. Especially when it's packed with large thin sheets of balsa that weren't damaged. No problems though - we'll replace it next time you order. Peter
